Parcellor
Parcellors are the last of our people to make contact with our customers, so we really look for friendly smiles! We will train you how to bag and take care of our customers using our Maximum Customer Care Program.
Stocker
Stockers are the backbone of our stores! If you like to put in a good days work, we need you. Emphasis in this position is on stocking, load cutting and sorting, and display building. This is the fast track to management.

Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
NFI introduced the ESOP plan in 1997 and currently has over 1600 associate owners. A portion of Niemann Foods, Inc. profits are used to fund the ESOP program (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) which provides shares of Niemann Foods, Inc. company stocks to eligible associates. One key feature of the ESOP plan is that the plan is 100% company funded, with no associate contribution necessary.
401(K) Profit Sharing
Associates may also participate in a 401(K) Profit Sharing Plan. Niemann Foods provides 100% of all payments into the Profit Sharing plan and allows eligible Associates to contribute to their retirement through the 401(K) by way of payroll contributions with pre-tax dollars.
Flexible Spending Plan
Associates may participate through a pre-tax deduction to pay for certain expenses for unreimbursed medical and dependent care claims.
Major Medical Insurance
We have single coverage with dental for a very minimal cost and we offer family coverage on a very reasonable co-pay plan.
Dental Insurance
We have a dental plan that pays 80% of most preventative charges.
Perscription Drug Program
We pay the balance of prescriptions after you pay an initial co-pay.
Voluntary Vision Plan
When you enroll in voluntary vision you'll receive great savings on your eye exam and eyewear, and discounts on laser vision correction.
Vacations
For full-time employees, we offer vacation time beginning with 1 week after the first year of service. We offer up to 4 weeks vacation.
Holiday Pay
We offer six paid holidays.
Personal Days
We offer personal days and pay you for them at the end of the year if you do not use them.

Accidental Death and Dismemberment

Credit Union
The credit union is available to all associates and is offered on the payroll deduction basis.
